Trauma & Safety, Part II: Embodying Sustainable Practice—shifts into lived application, identifying and engaging in practices for both self-care of the practitioner as well as clinical application with clientele. Together, these sessions emphasize that sustainable practice requires not only clinical knowledge but also a deep commitment to safety, embodiment, and collective healing.
Participants can register for either workshop independently (participation in Part I is NOT required for participation in Part II).

*Note: This workshop will be experiential and incorporate embodied practices. Participants are encouraged to wear appropriate attire to enable full participation in activities. Participants are invited to bring their own yoga floor mats for personal use. Chairs and a limited number of mats will be provided.
Participants will:
Reflect on the personal clinical experiences in relation to contemporary trends and research related to trauma work
Understand and rehearse specific mind-body practices for both self-care and clinical application with clientele.
Develop a personal strategy for sustainable practice in trauma work.
