Join us Friday, February 20th, as Sean Ridge, PhD, LMFT, ACS leads us in a discussion of how our personal and professional experiences combine with client experiences and worldviews to create both opportunity and risk when discussing cultural awareness. We will review approaches and research regarding cultural humility and cultural competency, reflect on our own personal worldviews and perspectives, and discuss strategies for ethical care through honoring those we work with. This training will count as 3 hours of ethics training.
