Join us as Leigh Howell, LPC guides clinicians through an integrative exploration of trauma work at the intersection of EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Polyvagal Theory. This training will examine how these complementary approaches can be woven together to support nervous system regulation, deepen trauma processing, and enhance clinical attunement. Participants will gain practical insights into applying these frameworks ethically and effectively in trauma-informed care, with an emphasis on embodiment, safety, and therapeutic presence.
