Meet the Founders
Maria Greco, MA, LPC-MHSP
FounderMaria is a licensed mental health therapist, educator, and co-founder of SoulBridge. With nearly a decade of experience leading a nonprofit counseling center, she has helped thousands of individuals access affordable therapy by building partnerships with churches, schools, and community organizations.
Her passion lies in training emerging therapists, expanding access to trauma-informed care, and serving families across Appalachia.
Dr. Sean Ridge, PhD, LMFT, ACS
FounderSean is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 25 years of counseling experience across Texas, Ohio, and Tennessee. He has taught at both the undergraduate and graduate level, specializing in topics like ethics, spirituality, and family therapy.
Sean previously co-founded the Texas Family Institute, a nonprofit focused on community-based mental health care.
At SoulBridge, his mission is to equip providers and organizations with the tools needed to serve rural and underserved communities with integrity and excellence.
